How to Play Online Poker
Poker is a card game where players compete for a pot of money. The winner is the player with the best hand. The best hand is composed of a combination of five cards. Some games will split the pot between the highest and lowest hands.
The first player to make a bet is called the “first bettor.” The first bettor is required to bet a minimum amount. The player who bets more than the previous bettor is called a raiser. A pot is the total of all the bets made by all the players during a single deal. The winner of a poker hand wins all the chips in the pot.
